Shipping & Returns Policy – We only sell and ship to the UK Mainland.

Environ. We will only sell Environ products to existing clients or those who have had a consultation with us, for a consultation please book on line or email on manager@skinrevolution.co.uk. This ensures you only purchase products suitable for your skin.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images are for illustrative purposes only. Manufactures may change print colours and packaging occasionally.

Delays in delivery.  Delivery typically takes 3-5 days. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if we are aware of any delays in our service.

Changes to your order. If we have to make changes to your order due to stock availability you will be contacted by email.

Returns

We will only except returns on unopened products.  If you are exercising your right to change your mind you are responsible for the costs of returns which must be via a signed for service. Except in the case of faulty goods when we will refund costs of return.

In accordance with our shipping & returns policy, we must be notified of any damages to goods delivered within 48 hours of delivery.
