SKIN REVOLUTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

In some circumstances we can treat under 16’s, please contact the clinic before booking an appointment to discuss this with a therapist. 

If an appointment is made for someone under 16 they will need to have a parent or guardian present for the entire treatment.

It is your responsibility to inform us if you have any health concerns that are new and or you may feel might affect the treatment you have booked. Our consultation forms ask this and so will your therapist but the responsibility lies with you to inform us of any changes in your health. 

In order to keep our tranquil environment we ask that you turn your phones on to silent when entering the clinic.

Please leave children at home as many of our treatments cannot be performed with children in the treatment room. 

Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change the time of your appointment, or a 50% charge may be made.  If you give us less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation your full appointment price will be charged.  We do however allow you to gift this appointment for somebody else to enjoy.

Please note that some of our treatments require patch testing at least 48 hours in advance, under no circumstances will this patch test be waived.  You will be advised at time of booking if your treatment requires a patch test. 

If you are late for an appointment, please note that your treatment will be shortened to fit the amount of time left available.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the results of your treatment please let us know within 24 hours of having it done so that we can address the problem for you. 

Skin Revolution accept no liability for any damage or theft of belongings or vehicles left in the clinic or in the car park.
